Day 3 - Nurture
Sometimes we are so busy looking after everybody else, that we forget to nurture our own bodies and minds.
For me I love the chance to indulge in a massage. It’s my way of rewarding myself and really a chance to let go of all thoughts and just relax.
But I equally feel nurtured when I give myself the time to walk on the beach, breathe in the salt air or just lie on my bed with my head in a good read.
